Bio:
Kate is a Registered Professional Counsellor with the CPCA. She holds the designation of ‘highly sensitive person knowledgeable” practitioner, through the work of Dr. Elaine Aron. Kate has experience working with clients via telemedicine and telephone, and in person in Victoria, BC, Canada.
Therapeutic Approach:
Kate often integrates several approaches while working with clients, including, but not limited to Internal Family Systems, Response-Based Practice, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution- Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Practice.

ND
Dr. Meghan Fowler is a licensed naturopathic doctor in Sidney BC. Originally from Alberta, Dr. Fowler completed her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at MacEwan University before attending the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition obtaining her Holistic Nutrition Certificate. She went on to complete her 4-year Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (Boucher Campus). She has certifications in IV therapy, acupuncture and prescriptive authority.
Dr. Fowler has recently moved to Vancouver Island as an opportunity to support the health of the local communities. She fell in love with BC since attending school and enjoys the pace of island life.
