TIPS FOR BOOKING

Initial Consult if you are new to the clinic or it’s been over 2yrs

45min if you have numerous things to discuss or it’s been 8-12months

30min if you have a few things to discuss or it’s been 6months

15min if you are a current client and need a quick follow up

Prescription requests or renewals: $60.00 fee or please book a 15min visit. some prescription may be filled without an appointment. A fee still applies

Naturopathic doctors (NDs) practice the art and science of medicine by supporting natural healing processes and helping patients identify obstacles inhibiting their health. In BC, naturopathic doctors are licensed as primary care providers. They are trained as general practitioners in complementary medicine, the can order and interpret laboratory test, and they have a wide range of therapies to develop patient-centered treatment plans. Your Naturopathic Doctor will work with you to provide guidance and to develop comprehensive treatment plan to help you reach your optimum health.

Bio: Kate is a Registered Professional Counsellor with the CPCA. She holds the designation of ‘highly sensitive person knowledgeable” practitioner, through the work of Dr. Elaine Aron. Kate has experience working with clients via telemedicine and telephone, and in person in Victoria, BC, Canada.

Therapeutic Approach: Kate often integrates several approaches while working with clients, including, but not limited to Internal Family Systems, Response-Based Practice, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution- Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Practice.

Dr. Meghan Fowler is a licensed naturopathic doctor in Sidney BC. Originally from Alberta, Dr. Fowler completed her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at MacEwan University before attending the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition obtaining her Holistic Nutrition Certificate. She went on to complete her 4-year Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (Boucher Campus). She has certifications in IV therapy, acupuncture and prescriptive authority.

Dr. Fowler has recently moved to Vancouver Island as an opportunity to support the health of the local communities. She fell in love with BC since attending school and enjoys the pace of island life.

Dr. Fowler has a general naturopathic practice with interest in digestive concerns, hormonal health, blood sugar control, and detoxification. She takes time to hear your health story then creates a sustainable plan to guide you on your healthcare journey.

She has completed a bachelor of science degree from the University of Victoria and a 4-year doctor of naturopathic medicine diploma from Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster, BC. She also carries advanced certifications to perform acupuncture, IV and injection therapies, and holds prescription authority.
