Cosmetic and Traditional Acupuncture
Cosmetic Acupuncture, is acupuncture focused on facial aesthetic conditions. Cosmetic Acupuncture is a non-invasive alternative to reduce the signs of aging. The approach involves using acupuncture points in the face that will target the skin and has become an excellent substitute for cosmetic injections. This anti-ageing treatment can help with blood circulation and increase collagen to help achieve a more youthful appearance.
Acupuncture originates from ancient China and has been practiced throughout the world for over 2500 years. It is a safe treatment that involves the insertion of very fine sterile needles into specific points throughout the body. In Chinese medicine we say that these needles help to 'activate' or 'move Qi' throughout the body. In western medicine we believe theses points help to stimulate blood circulation, lymphatic circulation, and release triggers points.
